REFUND POLICY
The following terms are applicable for any products or services purchased from BuddySuite-SaaS.
First of all, we thank you and appreciate your service or product purchase with us on our Website https://buddysuite.me. Please read this policy carefully as it provides important information and guidelines regarding your rights and obligations as our customer with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.
At BuddySuite-SaaS, we take pride in the services delivered by us and guarantee your satisfaction with our services and support. We constantly strive to deliver the best services through the internet. We make every effort to provide the service as per the specifications and timelines mentioned for each service or product purchased by you from BuddySuite-SaaS. However, if for any reason we are unable to provide you the service or product purchased from us, please contact us immediately, and we will correct the situation, provide a refund, or offer credit that can be used for future BuddySuite-SaaS orders.
Refund Eligibility
You may be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:
- Clear Deficiency: A refund will be considered if there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from BuddySuite-SaaS.
- Government Delays: If BuddySuite-SaaS processed the registration/application according to government guidelines but it is pending with the government, no refund will be provided. However, if government fees or duties have been paid, we will refund the full payment less the government fees paid (proof of payment will be provided to you).
- Change of Mind: Refund requests based solely on a change of mind will not be considered once the work has been shared with you. However, you may opt to use the amount paid for an alternative service in BuddySuite-SaaS of equal value.
- Timeframe: Refund requests made 30 days after purchase or after service completion are invalid and will not be considered.
Refund Process
If a refund request is approved, it will be processed and you will be informed via email. Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days. We handle the process carefully to ensure that your money is returned promptly.
Fees for Services
Payments made in advance are retained by BuddySuite-SaaS in a client account. Fees are earned at different milestones (e.g. client portal access, document filing, etc.). Refunds cannot be provided for earned fees as resources and time spent on delivering the service are non-returnable. Additionally, refunds do not cover payments made to third parties or government entities, such as filing fees or taxes.
Change of Service
If you want to change the service ordered for another one, you must request the change within 30 days of purchase. The purchase price, less any earned fees and government costs, will be credited to your BuddySuite-SaaS account for future use.
Pricing Adjustments
BuddySuite-SaaS follows a standard pricing policy. However, any increase in the total fee due to changes in government fees or additional legal documentation will not be covered under this policy.
Force Majeure
BuddySuite-SaaS will not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances ("Force Majeure Events").
Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of 10% + earned fee + government fees applies if you request to cancel a service after processing has begun. However, no cancellation fee will be applied if you change services.
